SHIPPING POLICY

  1. When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peak sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of the order date and shipped within 48 hours of the processing date.

If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 5 business days after completing the payment, please contact us.

  1. Do I need to pay duties and taxes?
    The prices shown on our website are calculated in US dollars and do not include taxes, which means that you may need to pay duties and taxes after receiving your order.

Import taxes, tariffs and related customs fees may be charged after your order reaches the final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

These fees and taxes are your responsibility to pay and we are not responsible for them. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more details on the fees, please contact your local customs office.

  1. Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping on orders that meet the minimum amount requirement, excluding discounts, promotions and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping methods.
